Amb. Isaac Kigbu, the President, Eggon Youth Movement (EYM) Worldwide, has built and donated a church with modern facilities to the Evangelical Reformed Church of Christ (ERCC) Nasarawa State.

Kigbu handed over the church to the ERCC Shashe Etsipi Kagbu branch in Nassarawa Eggon Local Government Area of the state.

The youth leader said that he decided to build the church in order to promote God’s work, unity and peace in the area and the society at large.

Kigbu, who is the Chairman, Akyenyi Kigbu Memorial Foundation, said the donation was part of his continous contribution to the devolpment of the church and the society at large.

“Last time, I built and donated a mosque to Akeleku community apart from donations to churches and mosques in other places.

“I have paid WAEC and NECO as well as school fees of many students. I distributed wrappers, food items, paid medical bills of many patients and assisted a lot of people.

“All these gestures is to promote unity, peace and improve on the standard of living of the people,” he said at the inauguration of the church.

Kigbu, who is a philanthropist, assured of his continuous commitment to contribute positively to the development of the society.

He called on Christians and other Nigerians to live a life worthy of emulation in the interest of peace and for the overall development of the country.

Mr Daniel Anyuabaga, the former EYM President, commended Isaac for using his resources for the development of God’s work and the society at large.

Anyuabaga, who was the Chairman of the cccasion, said he was always happy when he donate and contribute positively to the development of God’s work.

Anyuabaga, who is also the General Chiormaster ERCC Worldwide and a philanthropist, reassured of his commitment to the development of the church and the society at large.

On his part, the Guest Speaker, Rev. Akolo Samuel, who spoke on the topic “Spend Money on the Work of God”, urged Christians and other Nigerians to donate generously to the development of the country.

Samuel said that givers never lack, adding that God will reward all those who contribute positively to the development of the church and the society.

The guest speaker also appreciated Isaac for the donation and for contributing positively to the development of humanity.

On his part, the ERCC President, Very Rev. Dave Danji, also called on wealthy individuals and others to invest their resources in God’s work.

Danji, while appreciating Kigbu for the support, called on other Nigerians to emulate the gesture.

The ERCC president prayed for God’s abundant blessings to Isaac and wished him well in all of his future endeavours.
