Speaker, Nasarawa State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Danladi Jatau, has urged newly married couples to show love and embrace unity and peace for successful and peaceful home.

The Speaker made the call during the wedding Solemnization of his Chief of Staff, Awuje Jacob Tsaku and his beloved one, Abigail Ageshen at ECWA Church, Angiri, Kokona LGA today.

The Speaker said that no marriage would be successful without the couple been patient and showing understanding with each other.

” I want to thank God for the successful wedding of my Chief of Staff, Jacob and his wife, Abigail

” I want to congratulate them on their successful wedding Solemnization

” I want to call on Jacob and his wife, Abigail to embrace love, peace, unity, patience, tolerance, understanding among other good virtues for their marriage to be successful.,” he said.

The Speaker also urged the couple to embrace effective communication and forgiveness for a peaceful home.

He further urged the party to avoid third party interference for their marriage to last.

The Speaker appealed to Gov. Abdullahi Sule to construct Garaku/ Bassa/Angiri road to reduce the plight being faced by the people of the affected communities.

” This will reduce the plight of our people there by improving on their standard of living and boost their socio-economic activities,” he said.

Jatau, also used the medium to call on the people of his constituecy and the state at large to support Gov. Abdullahi Sule administration to succeed.

He also urged the people to embrace unity and co-exist peacefully for the overall development of the state.

Also speaking, Hon Dr Joseph Haruna Kigbu, former member House of Representatives, Hon Mohammed Garba Isimbabi, Hon Musa Saidu Gude, Solomon Yakubu Akwashiki, among others advised the couple to show love, tolerance and understanding for their peaceful home.

They also congratulated and wished the couple happy and blessed married life.

Earlier, Rev. Bitrus Kaya, Reverend with ECWA Church while performing the wedding solemnization urged the couple to show love, trust and embrace mutual respect for their marriage to be successful.

He also urged the couple to embrace effective communication for the growth of their family.

The wedding had in attendance the State Commissioner for Education Dr John Mamman and that of Environment Hon. Kwanta Yakubu, Chairman Kokona LG Awalu Adamu, former Reps Member Dr. Haruna Kigbu and Hon. members and staff of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly among others.
